The Field Observation Note (FON) tool is the fastest way to show REGENiTECH what you're growing — a plant, a bed, a garden or a whole field, thriving or struggling — and get a straight, personal assessment back from our team. No account, no app to install. Open the link, walk four short screens, add a photo or two, and send. This guide walks through every screen so you know exactly what we're asking and why.
Everything growing tells a story, and what is in the ground on your own operation tells it better than anything in a lab. A FON gives our agronomy team a real look at what's happening — the crop, the conditions, what's been applied, and a photo — so we can give you an honest assessment instead of a generic answer.
People send FONs for all kinds of reasons: a plant that's bouncing back after a REGENiGROW® treatment and looking better than expected, a stand that's struggling and you're not sure why, or just a “what do you make of this?” before you commit to a bigger application. All of them are welcome. The struggling ones help us as much as the wins — and if you ask for an assessment, you get our reading of it emailed back to you.
You don't need to prepare anything, but two small things make your note far more useful:
This screen tells us who's reporting and roughly where it is. We only ever share the general region, never a precise location.

The last screen decides how — and whether — your note might be shared, then sends it.
When you're ready, tap ✓ Submit to REGENiTECH. You'll see Submitted ✓ and a short thank-you; if you asked for an assessment, it'll add that we'll look at your photos and email you back. From there you can tap + Another note to send another, or ⇩ Download a backup for your own copy.
An assessment is exactly what it sounds like: a member of our team looks at your photos and notes and emails you back what we see — what the evidence is likely telling us, and, where it helps, a suggested next step. There is no charge and no obligation attached.
Two things make an assessment possible: tick the assessment box in Step 3, and give us an email in Step 1. Without both, we still gladly receive your note — we just have no way to send the reply back.
We keep this tight on purpose. By default, nothing you send is published anywhere. If — and only if — you turn on photo sharing, we may use the image in REGENiTECH materials, and even then we share only the general region and the story of what you sent, attributed the way you chose (anonymous or first name only). We never publish your full name, exact location, email, or phone.
Your contact details are used to send your assessment and, if you opted in, further information — nothing else.

A steady hand and a clean lens do more than any filter. Wipe the camera on your shirt, hold still for a beat, and you're set.
No. Open the link, fill it in, send. That's the whole thing.
Send it anyway — choose “Not yet.” A baseline note before you treat is valuable, and it lets us compare later. If you would like to try one, our products are at store.regenitech.com, currently shipping within the United States. Outside the US, say so in your note — we are working on availability, and knowing where people are asking is how we decide where to go next.
The tool compresses your photos so they upload on a weak connection, but you do need some signal to submit. If you're fully off-grid, use Download a backup to save your note, then submit once you're back in range.
Yes — after you submit, tap + Another note and go again. Send as many as you like.
Every photo a camera takes carries the date it was shot, tucked inside the file. The tool reads that date and puts your photos in order automatically — oldest is the Before, newest is the After — and shows the date under each so you can double-check.
Some photos don’t carry a date: screenshots, images that were edited or re-saved, or ones passed through a messaging app often have it stripped. No problem — just tap Before or After on that photo to set the order yourself.
A real person reviews each one, so it isn't instant — but we work through them promptly and reply by email to the address you gave.
